Before we activate your account, Australian regulations require that we verify every client's identity.
To do this we simply require you to send us a clear picture of your:
- Pan Card
AND
- Driver’s licence
If you do not have a PAN card or drivers license you can instead provide:
- One copy of a government issued photographic identification document, PAN card, passport, drivers license or AADHAAR (UID card)
AND
- One copy of a bank or credit card statement, rates notice, utility bill or lease agreement

Using a smartphone or digital camera, email us a clear picture of the documents we require to help us verify your identity to accountopening.au@ig.com

In most cases your account will be activated shortly after we receive the information.
