Before we activate your account, Australian regulations require that we verify every client's identity.
As you are from Hong Kong, the best way for us to verify you is by sending us a current copy of ONE of the following:
- National ID (NID) card
- Passport
- Driver’s licence

Using a smartphone or digital camera, email us a clear picture of the documents we require to help us verify your identity to accountopening.au@ig.com

In most cases your account will be activated shortly after we receive the information.
