Where do I enter the promotion code?
You can enter your promotion on the final step of the account application form, under the Account section. Look for the field labelled “Promo code (optional)”.
If you open your account via the IG Invest app, an in-app pop-up will appear after you complete your profile, allowing you to select an offer.
I opened my IG account but forgot to enter the promotion code or entered the wrong one. What can I do?
The promotion code must be applied correctly during account setup and cannot be added, corrected, or changed afterwards.
I entered the promo code in lowercase. Will it still work?
Yes. Promo codes are not case sensitive.
How do I check if my promotion code was applied successfully?
If your code is applied successfully, your reward will be processed automatically once all promotion conditions are met. You will also receive a confirmation email on the promotion you've entered within 48 hours of account creation.
