Will I lose my account history or funds?
No. Account details, funds, investment history, and security protections all carry over automatically.
Do I need to create a new account?
No. Log in with your existing IG credentials on the new app.
What happens to the IG Invest app?
It will be replaced by the new IG app. You’ll be prompted to update when ready.
What do I do if I use the IG Trading app?
Download the new IG app and log in with your existing details.
Will the web platform change too?
Web updates are on the way, with more details coming soon.
Some features I use aren’t there yet — why?
Most features are available from launch, with additional functionality added shortly after.
Is my data secure in the new app?
