Get up to £300 in shares when you invest at least £200 by 31st May

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Welcome Back – Bonus Shares Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

2. The Promotion is organised by IG Trading and Investments Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (register number 944492) and whose registered address is Cannon Bridge House, 25 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2YA.

3. The promotional period will start at 12:00am UK time on 1st May 2026 and end at 23:59pm on 31st May 2026. We may extend or shorten the Promotional Period at our sole discretion.

4. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Reactivation Trade” means: a trade placed by you on IG platforms in a GIA, ISA or SIPP during the Promotional Period;

“IG Customer” means: someone who has already made at least 1 trade on a Share Dealing Account before the Promotion started;

“GIA” means a UK General Investment Share Dealing account with IG;

“ISA” means a UK Individual Savings Account with IG;

“SIPP” means a Self-Invested Personal Pension with IG; and

“Share Dealing Account” means a GIA, ISA, or SIPP.

5. To be eligible for this promotion you must:

A. Be a UK resident and aged 18 years or older.

B. Be an existing IG Customer who has previously traded on a Share Dealing Account

C. Receive an invitation email from IG informing you of your eligibility for this Promotion.

D. During Promotional Period make a trade of min £200 on Eligible Account and stay invested until 31 May 2026.

E. Hold your Investment in your GIA, ISA or SIPP account until 31 August 2026.

6. This Promotion is only available to the first 1,500 IG Customers whose cumulative Reactivation Trades reach at least £200 during the Promotional Period (as recorded by IG’s systems in order of timestamp). Qualification will be based on the time the trade(s) are executed, not the time the shares are credited.

7. Smart Portfolios (Smart ISA, Smart GIA, Smart SIPP) do not fall within the definition of a Share Dealing Account for the purposes of this Promotion and are excluded from this Promotion.

As the value of shares go up and down according to the market and any combination of them may not equal the value band upper limit, the Welcome Back Share Bonus you receive may be slightly more or less than the value bands stated. You shall not be entitled to any cash adjustment in the event the allocation of shares results in you receiving less than the band value indicated above. Furthermore, you are only eligible for one Welcome Back Share Bonus, even if you place Reactivation Trades across multiple Share Dealing Account types during the Promotional Period or place a trade in excess of the minimum cumulative value of £200.

8. The shares that you receive as part of the Welcome Back Share Bonus will be credited to your GIA. They will not be credited to your ISA or SIPP even if your Reactivation Trade was in an ISA or SIPP. We will do this by 30 September 2026.

9. In accordance with the Customer Agreement for your Share Dealing Account, you may be liable for fees and charges in respect of the shares you receive as part of the Welcome Back Share Bonus (for example, a custody fee). 10. If any tax is payable on the shares you receive under this Promotion, this tax will be your liability and will not be incurred by us. If the law requires us to withhold this tax and settle with the relevant tax authority on your behalf, then we shall credit the shares to your account net of this tax.

11. You may not take advantage of concurrent promotions offered by IG or IG Group. If you participate in multiple promotions, you shall be deemed eligible only for the one you began to participate in first.

12. You must be a direct client of IG. If you have any third-party introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or any IG Group, any accounts opened thereunder will not qualify for the Promotion.

13. All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria and accounts are available subject to certain jurisdictional restrictions, and as such not all applicants will be successful in their application for an account.

14. If any restrictions apply to your account, your account may not be eligible for the Promotion until the restrictions have been lifted. Any restrictions that apply to a new account will be detailed in the email to the account holder upon account activation.

15. The Promotion is not open to employees of IG or IG Group or employees of any other company engaged in direct competition with IG or any IG Group.

16. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, in case of any suspected abuse of the Promotion. Further, where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, if we believe that any of the terms of your Customer Agreement with us have been breached in any way, you no longer have an account with IG or there is any reason to suspect a participant has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, we reserve the right to stop, withhold or cancel payment of the Welcome Back Share Bonus or to prevent any attempted withdrawal from your account.

17. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it (including the Terms and Conditions) at any time and without prior notice.

18. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading or in relation to this Promotion except where such loss is a result of our negligence or wilful misconduct. All trading involves risk. The value of shares, ETFs and ETCs can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Please ensure you fully understand the risks and take care to manage your exposure.

19. We will not be held liable for your inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or ability to trade as the result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s trading platform, or your own computing system. You accept all risks associated with trading over the internet, mobile applications, and downloadable software.

20. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.

21. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

23. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
