KEY DETAILS

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the boosted interest on uninvested cash balances up to £20,000 incentive ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

2. The Promotion is organised by IG Trading and Investments Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (register number 944492) and whose registered address is Cannon Bridge House, 25 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2YA ("we", "us", "IG" or "our").

3. The Promotion will start at 00:00 UK time on 1 June 2026 and end at 22:00 UK time on 30 June 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). We may extend or shorten the Promotional Period at our sole discretion.

4. Definitions

Average Invested Value means, in relation to any calendar month during the Boost Period, the sum of daily invested balances in that month divided by the number of days in that month, calculated in accordance with clause 7;

Boost Period means the period from and including the date of your first investment until 22:00 UK time on 30 June 2027;

Boosted Account means the Eligible Account on which your first investment is made during the Promotional Period;

Boosted Interest Rate means, subject to clause 8, 5.0% variable AER;

Eligible Account means an IG Share Dealing Account – General Investment Account (GIA), Stocks & Shares Individual Savings Account (ISA) or a Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP);

Net Investment means the aggregate value of investment purchases into the Boosted Account (excluding any asset transfers in) during the Promotional Period less the aggregate value of sales of investments from the Boosted Account during the Promotional Period;

Standard Interest Rate means 3.75% variable AER, as set out in the Standard Interest Rate Terms; and

5. To be eligible for this Promotion you must:

A. be an individual and resident in the UK;

B. be a new client of IG, never having had any account with IG or any IG group company; and

C. during the Promotional Period:

i) Apply to open an Eligible Account with IG using the promotional code “JUNEINTEREST5” (or any other code that IG may subsequently issue in relation to this Promotion) in the “Promo code (optional)” field during account setup; and

ii) Achieve a Net Investment of at least £2,000 in the Boosted Account by 22:00 UK time on 30 June 2026

6. If you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 5, you will earn interest at the Boosted Interest Rate on any uninvested cash balance up to £20,000 held in the Boosted Account during the Boost Period, provided that your Average Invested Value in the Boosted Account in each calendar month of the Boost Period is at least £2,000. For the avoidance of doubt, the Boosted Interest Rate applies only to uninvested cash and not to the value of any investments held in the account.

7. IG will use reasonable methods to calculate the Average Invested Value of your investments in the Boosted Account. For this purpose:

A. the invested amount will include open positions (e.g. shares, ETFs) and exclude any cash balances, unsettled trades and pending orders;

B. invested balances are calculated at 22:00 every day using the formula: market price × position size, aggregated across all open positions in the Boosted Account; and

C. the Average Invested Value is the sum of your daily invested balances during the month divided by the number of days in the month.

8. A reduction in the value of your investments in the Boosted Account below £2,000 shall not disqualify you from receiving Boosted Interest Rate under this Promotion, provided that: (a) your Net Investment during the Promotional Period was at least £2,000; and (b) such reduction is attributable solely to movements in the market value of your investments and not to any withdrawal or sale of those investments by you.

9. Save for the exceptions set out in clause 8 above, if the value of your Average Invested Value is below £2,000, you will not be eligible for the Boosted Interest Rate in that month and your uninvested cash balance in the Boosted Account will instead earn interest at the Standard Rate. You may nonetheless qualify for the Boosted Interest Rate in a subsequent month in which the threshold is met.

10. The Boosted Account is the only account eligible to benefit from this Promotion. Any uninvested cash balance over £20,000 held in the Boosted Account and any uninvested cash balance in any other Eligible Account will earn interest at the Standard Rate during the Boost Period. At the end of the Boost Period, you will revert to earning interest at the Standard Rate on uninvested cash in the Boosted Account. In accordance with the Standard Interest Terms, the maximum cash balance on which you may earn interest (whether during the Boost Period or otherwise) is £100,000 across all Eligible Accounts. Any boosted interest will be paid to you alongside any Standard Rate interest in accordance with the Standard Interest Terms.

11. IG reserves the right to change the Boosted Interest Rate at any point and without prior notice.

12. You must be a direct client of IG. If you have any third-party introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or any IG group company, any accounts opened thereunder will not qualify for the Promotion.

13.  All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria, and accounts are available subject to certain jurisdictional restrictions. Not all applicants will be successful in their application for an account.

15. Promotion is not open to employees of IG or any IG group company, or employees of any other company engaged in direct competition with IG or any IG group company.

16. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time in case of any suspected abuse. Further, where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, if we believe that any of the terms of your Customer Agreement with us have been breached in any way, you no longer have an account with IG or there is any reason to suspect a participant has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, we reserve the right to stop, withhold or cancel payment of any interest over the Standard Interest Rate payable under this Promotion (the "Boosted Interest Rate") or to prevent any attempted withdrawal of the Boosted Interest Rate from your account.

17.  To the extent Boosted Interest Rate has been paid to you and we suspect any of these Terms and Conditions have been breached or you have acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, you agree that we will be entitled to deduct an amount equivalent to the Boosted Interest Rate from any IG account that you hold with us.

18. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it (including the Terms and Conditions) at any time and without prior notice.

19. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your investing or in relation to this Promotion except where such loss is a result of our negligence or wilful misconduct. All trading involves risk. The value of shares, ETFs and ETCs can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. 20. We will not be held liable for your inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or to invest as a result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s platform, or your own computing system. You accept all risks associated with investing over the internet, mobile applications and downloadable software.

21. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.

22. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
