Share Dealing Gift Voucher Promotion

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Share Dealing Gift Voucher Promotion (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

2. The Promotion is organised by IG Trading and Investments Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (register number 944492) and whose registered address is Cannon Bridge House, 25 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2YA (“we”, “us”, “IG” or “our”).

3. The Promotion period commences at 9:00am UK time on 29 April 2026 and will run until the earliest of: (a) the date on which 300 gift vouchers have been issued; (b) 23:59 on 31 December 2026; or (c) the date on which the Promotion is withdrawn by IG at its sole discretion (the “Promotion Period”). We may extend or shorten the Promotion Period at our sole discretion.

4. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Account” means the Share Dealing Account opened by you during the Promotion Period using the Promotional Code;

“Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales;

“First Investment” means the first investment made by you in a Share Dealing Account, provided that no previous investment has been placed by you in any IG account of those types (and for the avoidance of doubt, a transfer of assets to IG from a third party shall NOT constitute a First Investment for the purposes of this Promotion);

“GIA” means a UK General Investment Share Dealing account with IG;

“GiftCloud” means GiftCloud Limited (UK Company Number 15384530);

“GiftCloud Site” means the website operated by GiftCloud through which you may select your gift voucher;

“Holding Period” means the period commencing on the date of your First Investment and ending at the close of the third full calendar month following the month in which that First Investment was made;

“ISA” means a UK Individual Savings Account with IG;

“Promotional Code” means the code GIFTCARD40;

“Share Dealing Account” means a GIA, ISA, or SIPP; and

“SIPP” means a Self-Invested Personal Pension with IG.

5. To be eligible for the Promotion you must:

a. be aged 18 or over, resident in the UK, and have never held an account with any IG company before the start of the Promotion Period;

b. open a Share Dealing Account (ISA, GIA or SIPP) during the Promotion Period using the Promotional Code GIFTCARD40;

c. make your First Investment of at least £200 within 30 days of opening your Account; and

d. maintain at least £200 invested, net of any assets withdrawn, in your Share Dealing Account during the Holding Period

Example: if you open an Account on 29 May 2026 and make your First Investment of £200 on 19 June 2026, you must maintain £200 invested, net of any assets withdrawn, until 1 October 2026.

6. If we determine that you are one of the first 300 people to fulfil the criteria set out in clause 5 above, you will receive an email from IG to the email address linked to your Account within 30 Business Days. This email will contain a link to the GiftCloud Site, on which you will be able to select a gift voucher for £40 from selected retailers. The voucher will be emailed directly to you by GiftCloud.

7. You must be a direct client of IG. If you have any introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or any IG group company, any accounts opened thereunder will not qualify for the Promotion. Whilst you can open and hold more than one account with any IG company, only one voucher will be awarded per client. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions that IG offers.

8. All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria and as such not all applicants will be successful in their application for an account. If any restrictions apply to your account, your account may not be eligible for the Promotion until the restrictions have been lifted.

9. The Promotion is not open to employees of IG or any IG group company or employees of any other company engaged in direct competition with IG or any IG group company.

10. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time for any reason, including where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, or where there is any reason to suspect a participant has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage. We reserve the right to stop, withhold or cancel payment of the award or to prevent any attempted withdrawal of the award from your account.

11. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, eligibility for the Promotion and order of eligibility, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under or in relation to this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice.

12. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading or in relation to this Promotion except where such loss is a result of our negligence or wilful misconduct. All trading involves risk. The value of shares, ETFs and ETCs bought through a Share Dealing Account can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Please ensure you fully understand the risks and take care to manage your exposure.

13. We will not be held liable for your inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or your ability to trade as the result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s trading platform, or your own computing system. You accept all risks associated with trading over the internet, mobile applications, and downloadable software.

14. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision will be final and binding on all parties. We reserve the right to refuse to issue or revoke the voucher if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the purpose or spirit of the Promotion has been in any way abused.

15. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

17. The GiftCloud Site is operated independently by GiftCloud. GiftCloud is not a member of, and is not controlled by, the IG group of companies and we are not responsible for or liable in respect of the operation or content of the GiftCloud Site. This Promotion is also subject to any terms and conditions or notices imposed or made available to you by GiftCloud when you access the GiftCloud Site. We may share personal data that you provide to us with GiftCloud to the extent necessary to run this Promotion and in accordance with our privacy policy. Any voucher received will also be subject to the relevant issuer’s terms and conditions. These will be available to you when you claim your voucher.

18. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
