Bluefield Solar Income Fund on record earnings and dividend
It’s been a record year for the Bluefield Solar Income Fund as it continues to pump out record numbers. So, why are shares trading at below net asset value (NAV)?
James Armstrong, managing partner at Bluefield Partners and Investment Adviser to the fund, says this is a reaction to the apparent benefits of a rising gilt market.
Armstrong is quick to point out though that the Bluefield Solar Income Fund still produces a premium to 15-year gilts and investors should soon realise this.
He also discusses the ‘footnote’ benefits of the recent political statement from UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on a rowing back on some of the governmental targets around so called carbon-zero.
