  1. Create a live IG account
  2. After account activation, log in to MY IG to fund your account
  3. Log in to MY IG and click on ‘add an account’. Select ‘MT5 CFD’. If you need help, click here
  4. Check your email for your MT5 password
  5. Download MT5 in our platform or get a step-by-step breakdown of how to do it
  6. Log in to the MT5 platform with MT5 ID and password and choose IG-Live2 server to start trading on a live MT5 account

If you already have an MT5 account, but you’d like to trade with us as your MT5 broker, it’s easy:

  1. Create a live IG account
