Rewards Redemption FAQs
When will my points expire?
Points earned in each qualifying quarter can only be redeemed during the redemption period that follows that quarter. Any points not redeemed by the end of the applicable redemption period will expire.
Example: The January redemption window applies to points earned from October to December.
Can I redeem after the redemption period?
Redemptions are not permitted once the redemption period has closed. Any points earned during that period will no longer be eligible for use. Please ensure you redeem your points before the applicable deadline to avoid forfeiture.
When can I redeem my points for each quarter?
You may redeem your points during the redemption period announced after each quarter ends. Exact dates will be communicated via email.
How many points do I need to redeem rewards?
Rewards start from 6,500 points. The full rewards catalogue, including points requirements, will be available during the redemption period. Raffle entries start from 150 points and winners are selected by chance, subject to applicable terms and conditions at the end of the redemption period.
Can I combine points from different periods?
No. Points are tied to the period in which they were earned and cannot be carried over or combines with points from other periods.
What type of rewards can I redeem?
IG Club 2.0 offers a wide range of rewards, including tech gadgets, premium experiences, lifestyle treats, and cash rebates. Availability may vary by redemption period.
What’s more – you will continue to earn other rewards such as volume-based rebates, bonus rebates and more, depending on your trading activity.
How do I know if my redemption is successful?
Once you select a reward and confirm redemption in IG Club, you will receive an email confirmation.
When can I expect to receive the redeemed gift?
Digital rewards are delivered instantly and can be viewed under My Orders. Physical rewards are shipped and typically arrive within 14 working days.
What should I do if I have redeemed the digital rewards but did not receive it?
Digital rewards are delivered instantly and can be viewed under My Orders on the IG Club redemption page. To receive the reward details via email, please activate the reward under My Orders, which will trigger a new email containing the information for your digital reward.

How can I join the IG Club or who qualifies to join the club?
By opening an account with us, you automatically qualify for the Bronze tier which offers you 24/5 customer care and other benefits. The more you trade, the higher you progress through our five tiers, each offering additional rewards.
Are there any costs associated with the IG Club?
No, there are no costs associated with the IG Club.
What are the benefits associated with the program?

How do I know which tier of rewards I qualify for?
When you log into your account, your tier will be clearly displayed on our platform or on your mobile app.
How is my account tier determined and how do I upgrade it?
Your current tier is based on your notional trading volume from the previous quarter. Tier upgrades are evaluated in real-time based on your trading activity in the current quarter - you can upgrade at any time during the quarter once you meet the volume requirements. All tiers reset at the end of each quarter, and your new tier for the following quarter will be determined by your completed quarter's trading volume.
