IG does not assume, and is not responsible for, any liability in the linking and viewing of desktop content, the operation of the support software, or system performance.
We recommend for your security and privacy, that you exit any open applications that may be displaying content of a personal or confidential nature before initiating a remote support session with one of our representatives. We further recommend that you remain at your desktop for the entire remote session.
