Arthur Leigh Robertson

Arthur Leigh Robertson is an international senior manager with extensive experience in banking and finance. He started his career at KPMG where he managed responsibilities for various banking and insurance clients. In 1994, he joined HSBC/Safra Republic as a Managing Director and General Manager.
At HSBC/Safra Republic, he held several senior management positions such as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer. From 1995 and 2011, he also had various Board of Director memberships and committee memberships at HSBC/Safra Republic. In 2012, Arthur Leigh Robertson joined EJS Investment Management SA and Safra SA as a Director where he oversees the wealth management of the Edmond J Safra Philanthropic Foundation.

Maurice Pedergnana

Maurice Pedergnana works as lecturer and professor for Banking + Finance at
the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and mainly as chief economist at Zugerberg Finanz AG. He is
a former member of the BoD of Zurich Cantonal Bank as Chairman of the Audit Committee (1999-2011).

Maurice Pedergnana holds a PhD in Economics.

Sarah Dipple

Group Financial Controller
Sarah Dipple is currently the Group Financial Controller of IG Group Holdings plc. Sarah started her professional career in the tax practice at PwC, and having joined IG in 2015, has held several positions within IG Group Finance. Sarah has accountability for the financial control and reporting processes of the Group, and attends the IG Group Holdings plc Board Audit Committee alongside the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Sarah read Economics at Cambridge University. Sarah is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).

Esteve Jané

Managing Director Europe, IG Group
Esteve Jané is a highly experienced digital executive with a proven track record in leading digital marketplaces across Europe.

Before joining IG Group, he held several senior leadership roles at Adevinta, the leading online classifieds group, where he oversaw multi-country operations and major transformation initiatives. Prior to Adevinta, Esteve was a Partner at Active Venture Partners, delivering top-tier returns for investors. He also worked independently, advising private equity firms on consumer internet investments and transformations.

Esteve holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering, and completed the Stanford Executive Program.

Dorothée Borca Dumortier

Dorothée Borca Dumortier is a seasoned finance executive with 20 years' experience in the industry. As CEO of IG Bank S.A., Dorothée leads the organization's strategic direction and overall business development. She previously served as the bank's Chief Commercial Officer, where she focused on commercial strategy while maintaining strong governance frameworks.

Prior to joining IG in 2020, she held senior leadership positions at HSBC Private Bank, focusing on UHNWI and institutional clients across Switzerland, Europe, the UK and the Middle East.

Dorothée holds an MBA with majors in International Law and Marketing, and a Master's in International Business. She has completed executive education in leadership at Harvard Business School and HEC Paris, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship at Stanford University. She is an active member of the Boardroom and 100 Women in Finance, and regularly appears in the press and as a keynote speaker on finance and D&I topics.
