How long until I receive my funds?

  • Card: typicallly within 3-5 working days
  • PayPal: usually immediate and within 1 working day at most
  • EFT: take up to 3 working days
  • Same day bank transfers: For a minimum of A$2000 if requested before 11am (AEST)
  • International and foreign currency withdrawals: typically within 2 to 3 working days

Please note we would normally return money via the same method used to make the original deposit and we might ask you to verify your source of funds before processing a withdrawal.

If you have sold some shares in the last 3 days, your funds will be in a settlement period before becoming available to withdraw.
