Minimum withdrawals
The minimum amount you can withdraw to your card, PayPal or bank account is A$200/NZ$200
If your account balance is less than A$200/NZ$200, you may withdraw any available amount
Maximum withdrawals
Card: up to A$35,000/NZ$35,000 per day
PayPal: up to A$7500/NZ$7500 per transaction, with as many transactions as you like
BPAY, EFT and bank transfer: no limit
Withdrawal times
Card: within 3 to 5 working days
PayPal: usually immediate and within 1 working day at most
EFT: if requested before 11am (AEST): on the same day if you’re banking with Westpac. Any other bank accounts should receive the funds the next day
Same day bank transfers: For a minimum of A$2000 if requested before 11am (AEST)
International and foreign currency withdrawals: typically within 2 to 3 working days
Withdrawals in other currencies
Withdrawals requiring a currency conversion at the prevailing spot rate will be subject to a conversion charge of 0.7%. These requests are processed manually and may take a little longer to reflect on your IG account.
