What should I do if my mobile trading app is not working?

  1. First check our platform status page to ensure our apps are up and running
  2. Log out of the app, then log back in
  3. Close the app from the multi-tasking page. On iPhone and iPad, double-tap the home button, and swipe the app upwards to close it. On Android, press the app-switching button and swipe the app away
  4. Make sure you’re on 4G data or strong WiFi, with good download speeds
  5. Check if switching between data and WiFi affects the issue
  6. Delete and reinstall the app
