How long will it take to transfer my shares to IG?

We anticipate the majority of transfers to take 3-6 weeks to complete. However, this can vary as transfers are dependent on the transferring broker and beyond our control. You may be out of the market for a period while the transfer takes place.

To avoid any delays when transferring Australian shares, please ensure you have submitted your TFN. To enter your TFN, simply log in to your account and select any Australian share.

To avoid any delays when transferring US holdings, please ensure you have completed the relevant tax forms.
