December 2025 Bonus Shares Promotion 

Invest €50 or more and get between €40 to €200 in bonus shares

1. These terms and conditions apply to the December 2025 Bonus Shares Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail.

2.The Promotion is organised by IG Europe GmbH, authorised and regulated by the  Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht and Deutsche Bundesbank (register number 148759) and whose registered address is Westhafenplatz 1, 60327 Frankfurt, Germany.

3. The promotional period will start at 12:00am Ireland time on 10 December 2025 and end at 23:59pm on 31 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). We may extend or shorten the Promotional Period at our sole discretion. 

4. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

First Trade” means the first trade placed by you in your Irish IG share dealing account provided that no previous trade has been placed by you in an IG account of that type;

5. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to participate in the Promotion:

A. Be an Irish resident and aged 18 years or older; and

B. Make a First Trade with a value of at least €50 between 10 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 (the “Initial Investment”); and

C. Hold your Initial Investment in your share dealing account until 31 January 2026.

6. If you are eligible for the Promotion and satisfy the Promotion’s conditions, we will give you an allocation of shares up to a combined value of €200 from the list of companies in table 1 below (the “Bonus Shares”). The value of the Bonus Shares you receive will be randomly selected in accordance with the approximate value bands stated in Table 2 below; the approximate value bands have a weighted probability of being selected as indicated in the table.

As the value of shares go up and down according to the market and any combination of them may not equal the value band upper limit, the Bonus Shares you receive may be slightly more or less than the value bands stated. You shall not be entitled to any cash adjustment in the event the allocation of shares results in you receiving less than the band value indicated above. Furthermore, you are only eligible for one allocation of Bonus Shares, even if you make multiple trades during the Promotional Period or place a First Trade in excess of the minimum trade value of €50.

8. The shares that you receive as part of the Bonus Shares will be credited to your share dealing account. We will do this by 28 February 2026.

9. By participating in this Promotion and satisfying the eligibility conditions, you authorize and instruct IG Europe to act on your behalf (and not for its own account) to purchase and allocate to your account the randomly selected shares from Table 1. This instruction constitutes an order for the purposes of booking and transaction reporting requirements.

10. In accordance with the Customer Agreement for your share dealing account, you may be liable for fees and charges in respect of the shares you receive as part of the Bonus Shares (for example, a custody fee). 11. You may not take advantage of concurrent promotions offered by IG or IG Group unless the terms of the promotions say you can. If you participate in multiple promotions, you shall be deemed eligible only for the one you began to participate in first.

12. You must be a direct client of IG. If you have any third-party introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or IG Group, any accounts opened thereunder will not qualify for the Promotion.

13. All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria and accounts are available subject to certain jurisdictional restrictions, and as such not all applicants will be successful in their application for an account.

14. If any (legally, regulatory, other) restrictions apply to your account, your account may not be eligible for the Promotion until the restrictions have been lifted. Any restrictions that apply to a new account will be detailed in the email to the account holder upon account activation

15. The Promotion is not open to employees of IG or IG Group or employees of any other company engaged in direct competition with IG or IG Group.

16. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, in case of any suspected abuse of the Promotion. Further, where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, if we believe that any of the terms of your Customer Agreement with us have been breached in any way, you no longer have an account with IG or there is any reason to suspect a participant has acted fraudulently or obtained an unfair or unintended advantage pursuant to this Promotion, we reserve the right to stop, withhold or cancel Bonus Shares or to prevent any attempted withdrawal of the Bonus Shares from your account.

17. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it (including the Terms and Conditions) at any time and without prior notice.

18.  We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of your trading or in relation to this Promotion except where such loss is a result of our negligence or wilful misconduct.  All trading involves risk. The value of shares, ETFs and ETCs can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Please ensure you fully understand the risks and take care to manage your exposure.

19. We will not be held liable for your inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or ability to trade as the result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s trading platform, or your own computing system. You accept all risks associated with trading over the internet, mobile applications, and downloadable software.

20. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions, will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.

21. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the legality, validity or enforceability under the law of any other jurisdiction of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

22. If any tax is payable on the shares you receive under this Promotion, this tax will be your liability and will not be incurred by us. If the law requires us to withhold this tax and settle with the relevant tax authority on your behalf, then we shall credit the shares to your account net of this tax.

24. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
