Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Refer a Friend promotion which is effective from 9 June 2026 (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Customer Agreement for your IG share dealing account. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with any provision of the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement shall prevail. This Promotion replaces all previous refer a friend promotions.

2. The Promotion is organised by IG Europe GmbH, authorised and regulated by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht and Deutsche Bundesbank (register number 148759) and whose registered address is Westhafenplatz 1, 60327 Frankfurt, Germany.4. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Active Referral” means a friend who: (a) opens an IG share dealing account via your unique referral link within 3 months of being referred; and (b) deposits at least €50 and places 1 trade on the account within 1 month of it being opened.

5. This Promotion applies only to IG’s share dealing products. If you have any other introduction or introduction-type arrangement with IG or any IG group company, any referrals thereunder will not qualify for this Promotion.

6. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to participate in the Promotion as the person making the referral (“you”):

A. Have held an active share dealing account with IG for at least 3 months (your “Account”)

B. Made at least 1 trade in that Account at the time you make that referral;

C. Be a direct retail client of IG; and

D. Be an Irish resident and aged 18 years or older.

For the avoidance of doubt, holding an active IG Share Dealing Account without having placed any trades does not satisfy the eligibility conditions in this Promotion, regardless of how long the account has been open.

7. You must have an existing business or personal relationship with the person you would like to refer (your “Friend”). Your Friend must be:

A. An Irish resident and aged 18 years or older; and

B. A new client to IG (not having previously held an account with IG or any other IG group company).

8. To participate in the Promotion, you must share the unique URL provided to you as part of this Promotion with Friends who may be interested in IG’s share dealing products. While you may refer multiple Friends, the number of rewards you can earn under this Promotion is capped at a maximum of five Friends who qualify as Active Referrals.

9. All accounts are subject to our standard account opening criteria and jurisdictional restrictions. Not all applicants will be successful.

10. Within 60 days of your Friend becoming an Active Referral, you will receive a reward of €100 credited to your default IG share dealing account and your Friend will receive a €50 reward credited to their account (each a “Refer a Friend Reward”).

11. If any restrictions apply to your or your Friend’s account, the referral will not qualify as an Active Referral until the restrictions have been lifted. If your or your Friend’s account is closed for any reason, the referral will not qualify for this Promotion.

12. You cannot refer yourself via a joint account or refer a member of your household. You also cannot refer a Friend if you hold a power of attorney over their account.

13. An individual may only be referred once. If an individual has already been referred to an IG group company, they cannot be referred again.

14. The Promotion is not open to employees of IG or any IG group company, or to employees of companies in direct competition with IG.

15. We reserve the right to remove or substitute a Refer a Friend Reward at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

16. The Promotion and any obligations of IG pursuant to it will be revoked or withdrawn from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of it. Referral links must not be shared publicly to gain an unintended advantage. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promotion at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, any suspected abuse of the Promotion. Where any of these Terms and Conditions are breached, or where we believe any of the terms of your Customer Agreement have been breached, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the Refer a Friend Rewards.

17. If a Refer a Friend Reward has been paid and we later determine that a participant obtained it fraudulently or unfairly, we may deduct an equivalent amount from any IG trading account you or your Friend hold.

18. We are the sole arbiter of the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions and any other issues arising under this Promotion. Exceptions to these Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of IG’s management, and our decision is final. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion or any aspect of it (including the Terms and Conditions) at any time and without prior notice. Any Refer a Friend Reward that you or your Friend have earned but which has not yet been paid out for an Active Referral made before the Promotion ended shall still be paid out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

19. The Refer a Friend Rewards cannot be combined with any other IG reward promotions. The number of Active Referrals per household, IP address or device is limited to five across this promotion. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

20. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you or your Friend as a result of your (or their) trading or in relation to this Promotion except where such loss is a result of our negligence or wilful misconduct. All trading involves risk. The value of shares, ETFs and ETCs can fall as well as rise, which could mean getting back less than you originally put in. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Please ensure you fully understand the risks and take care to manage your exposure.

21. We will not be held liable for your, or your Friend’s, inability to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Promotion or ability to trade as the result of any technical malfunction of the internet, IG’s trading platform, or your or your Friend’s own computing system. You and your Friend accept all risks associated with trading over the internet, mobile applications, and downloadable software.

22. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by IG’s management in a manner it deems to be fairest to all concerned and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.

23. If at any time all or any part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such provision(s) will not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of the remainder of that provision or all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

24. Any tax liability arising from a Refer a Friend Reward is your or your Friend’s responsibility. If we are required to withhold tax and settle with the relevant tax authority on your or your Friend’s behalf, then we shall credit the Refer a Friend Reward to the relevant account net of this tax.

26. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with German law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
