Follow the steps below to generate statements and account ledger summaries from your My IG dashboard.
1. Access your My IG dashboard
To access your My IG dashboard, first log in to your trading account. This will take you directly to My IG or you’ll need to select ‘My IG’ from the account tab on the web trading platform.
2. Select ‘live accounts’
Once you’ve accessed your My IG dashboard, click on the ‘live accounts’ tab at the top left of the page.
3. Choose the correct account
From the drop-down menu, select the account you wish to generate a statement for.
4. Generate your statement or account ledger
Statements
Select the ‘statements’ tab on the bottom left-hand side, choose your time period and parameters, then on the respective ‘download’ or ‘show’ button.
Account ledger summary or transaction history
Click on the ‘history’ tab and the type of activity you wish to view, along with the specific dates, then select ‘show history’.
If you’re generating a ledger summary for tax purposes, pick the dates for the desired fiscal year from the date drop-down menu, choose ‘all’ transaction types, then select ‘show history’.
