Before we activate your account, Australian regulations require that we verify every client's identity.

You can find information on the easiest way to verify your identity below.

  • Current driver’s licence with photo
  • Australian or Foreign Passport

New Zealand applicants

China applicants

Please send either a photo or scanned copy of your National Identity Card to accountopening.au@ig.com.

Hong Kong applicants
