How do I open a demo account?

You’re given a demo account automatically when you open a live account with us. You can access your demo by logging in to My IG, where you’ll see it in the dashboard or the ‘demo accounts’ tab.

You can open a demo account, allowing risk-free practise trading, at any time. Simply log in to My IG and click one of the ‘add an account’ links on the dashboard, then choose a demo account from the pop-up.
