Need to change your username or password?
To update your username or password, please:
1. Log in to your My IG dashboard via a web or mobile browser (not the app)
2. Go to ‘settings’
3. Click on ‘username & password’
Still unable to log in?
If you still cannot log in after following the above steps, your account may be locked or suspended. In this case, you will need to contact our helpdesk to have the account manually unlocked by one of our customer support agents.
