What's a Position Trader?
You know you're a Position Trader when you like to hold onto your trades for a while – weeks, months or sometimes even years.
You're less interested in short-term market fluctuations and employ an analyitcal approach to trading, often betting on sweeping macroeconomic and geopolitical themes.
Position Traders usually lean most heavily on fundamental analysis, though you also often use technical tools to time trades better and manage risk on longer timeframes.

So revisit your trading style again in about a year and see if you’re still a Position Trader, or if you’ve become a Scalper, Swing Trader or Algorithmic Trader.
