How do I withdraw funds from my IG account?

To withdraw your funds, please log in to your My IG dashboard, go to the ‘live accounts’ tab, and select ‘withdraw funds’.

• Minimum withdrawal of A$2000

• For A$ withdrawals to Australian bank accounts only

We'll send out same-day bank transfers if you're requesting a minimum withdrawal of $A2000 before 11am (AEST).

We’ll process any foreign currency withdrawals or bank transfers to foreign accounts within 2 to 3 working days.

Such payment requests will incur a charge depending on the currency you are withdrawing. We'll debit this charge from your account in addition to your payment amount:

A$15.00/$15.00/H$120.00/ €15.00/£15.00

We can return your funds free of charge to most debit and credit cards. Your funds would typically reach you within 3 to 5 working days.

• Card: typically within 3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days
• PayPal: usually immediate and within 1 working day at most
• EFT: take up to 3 working days
• Same day bank transfers: For a minimum of A$2000 if requested before 11am (AEST )
• International and foreign currency withdrawals: typically within 2 to 3 working days

• Minimum of A$200/NZ$200 to your card, PayPal or bank account
• If your account balance is less than A$200/NZ$200, you can withdraw any available amount

• Card: up to A$35,000 per day
• PayPal: up to A$7500 per transaction, with as many transactions as you like
• EFT and bank transfer: no limit
