How do I transfer my shares to a sub-account, spouse, or relative?

To transfer or gift shares between IG accounts, download and complete the relevant form found below. Please note we require a wet signature - electronic signatures will not be accepted.

Internal transfer form (PDF) for non-ISA and non-SIPP shares, ETFs and ETCs between spouses, relatives, or civil partners. A clearly scanned signed copy can be emailed to helpdesk.uk@ig.com for processing
CREST transfer form (PDF) for physical share certificates. Your signed CREST transfer form will need to be sent via post along with the original share certificate(s)
