What information is on the product details page?
Main chart: shows 24-hour pricing.
Positions: if you hold positions across multiple accounts, they are all shown here, giving a single view of your full exposure to that asset.
Orders: view all pending or working orders for this asset.
News feed: tap See More for the full list of articles.
Analyst Ratings and Price Target: buy and sell consensus from analysts, plus the Smart Score feature.
Market Open indicator: green means the market is open, red means closed. Tap for more detail including when the market is due to close.
Which tab is selected when I open the product details page?
There is no default tab. The app retains the tab you were last on. If you navigate from:
Portfolio: Portfolio tab is selected.
Watchlist: Watchlist tab is selected.
Discover: Discover tab is selected.
Wallet: Wallet tab is selected.
Does the header change as I scroll?
Yes. As you scroll down the product details page, the full name in the top bar simplifies into a sticky header showing the ticker symbol only. The Buy button and bottom navigation remain visible throughout.
What do the Positions and Orders tabs show?
Below the chart, three tabs give you a full view of your activity for that asset:
Positions: all open positions across your accounts. If you have more than three, tap See more.
Orders: all pending or working orders. If you have more than three, tap See more.
If you hold positions across multiple accounts, the account name and number of positions within that account are shown at the top of each group.
How do I check if the market is open?
Tap the market status indicator on the product details page (green dot = open, red dot = closed). A bottom sheet appears showing:
Market Open: This market is currently open, meaning you can buy or sell.
Market Closed: This market is currently closed, meaning you can't buy or sell until it opens.
For UK stocks, the timezone shown is UK – London local time. The market opens at 14:30 and closes at 21:00.
How do I add an asset to my watchlist from the product details page?
Tap the star icon at the top of the product details page.
A drawer appears showing your existing watchlists. Tap one to add the asset, or tap Add to a new watchlist.
A success message confirms: This instrument has been added to your selected watchlist.
Tap See more from Smart Score on the product details page to view the full breakdown.
What is the analyst price target?
The analyst price target section shows the consensus view from professional analysts, including:
12-month average price target.
Buy, Hold, and Sell ratings breakdown with percentage split.
Upside or downside percentage versus the current price.
Tap See more from Analyst price target to view individual analyst forecasts, including name, firm, position, price target, star rating, and date.

What happens if I can't trade a complex ETF?
If you have not passed the appropriateness assessment for a complex ETF, you will see an Unlock Stock button instead of the standard Buy button. To unlock trading for that instrument, contact us via Chat or WhatsApp - the assessment is currently completed over the phone.
How do I place a trade from the product details page?
Tap the Buy button to trade directly from this page. For invest accounts (GIA, ISA, JISA), only the Buy button is shown. Users who hold share dealing positions will also see a Sell button.

Once you hold a crypto account, you will see a button on the crypto product details page to transfer coins in from another institution. You can track the progress of your transfer in the History tab of your crypto account.
