Will you send me/my company a copy of contract notes?

Whenever you make a trade we’ll send you a statement with the details of the trade you placed. 

We’re also happy to send a copy of the contract notes to your employer. If you’d like us to set this up, please send a request by email to helpdesk@ig.com.sg along with the following information:

  • Your address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your telephone number
  • The last market you traded
  • The email address you would like a copy of your contract notes sent to
