To withdraw your funds, please log in to My IG, go to the ‘live accounts’ tab, and select ‘withdraw funds’. You’re able to withdraw funds as a bank transfer (assuming all anti-money laundering regulations have been met), or back to a card account as a refund.

Please be aware that withdrawal lead times vary:
Withdrawals back to a card typically take between two and five bank working days to clear
Withdrawals by bank transfer can take between one to three working days to clear
Minimum withdrawals
The minimum amount you can withdraw to a card is $150, unless you have less than $150 available on your account. In this situation, you can withdraw up to the amount available.
Maximum withdrawals
Card: up to $25,000 per day
Bank transfer: no limit
