Frequently asked questions

What is Focus Mode?

  • All products

  • Stocks — GIA, ISA, and JISA accounts

  • CFD — coming soon

When Focus Mode is enabled, supported areas of the app update automatically to display only the selected product type — including the homepage, search, watchlists, and product details pages.

How do I search for instruments?

Tap the Search icon from the bottom navigation bar. You can search across all available instruments and browse by category — for example, ETFs, Complex ETFs, and Investment trusts.

The categories displayed depend on the accounts available to you and the Focus Mode selected.
