We are normally open 24 hours a day, from midnight on Sunday (10pm for forex) until 11pm on Friday night (CET). For markets that do not trade 24 hours (for example shares), you can find specific dealing hours in the deal ticket ‘market info’ tab.
Weekend Markets are currently available from 9am (CET) on Saturday through to 11:40pm on Sunday (9:40pm for Weekend FX).
We do not open on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. And if these holidays fall on a Monday, we may not open on the preceding Sunday night.
On all other days which are holidays in Geneva or Zurich, our local offices in Geneva and Zurich will be closed respectively, but existing clients can still contact our helpdesk as usual. Should there be any changes to our dealing hours due to public holidays in Switzerland or elsewhere, we will inform you in time.
