To withdraw your funds, please log in to My IG, go to the ‘live accounts’ tab, and select ‘withdraw funds’. You’re able to withdraw funds as a bank transfer (assuming all anti-money laundering regulations have been met), or back to a card as a refund.
Please be aware that withdrawal lead times vary:
Withdrawals back to a card typically take within three to five business days.
Withdrawals by bank transfer are usually processed within 24 hours or until the next business day.
Minimum withdrawals
The minimum amount you can withdraw to a card is CHF150, unless you have less than CHF150 available on your account. In this situation, you can withdraw up to the amount available.
Maximum withdrawals
Card: up to CHF 25,000 per day
Bank transfer: no limit
