How do I launch ProRealTime?

First, enable ProRealTime on your live accounts. Go to the ‘settings’ tab in My IG, click on ‘ProRealTime’, check the customer agreement and select ‘activate ProRealTime for live accounts’.

IG Trading platform

1. Activate ProRealTime via ‘settings’ in My IG


2. On the platform, click your account name and select ‘ProRealTime’ in the dropdown


3. You can also access this from a chart, via the market name dropdown


4. Or in a list, by right-clicking on a market name


Classic platform
Launch ProRealTime via the ‘tools’ menu at the top of the platform.

My IG
Launch ProRealTime from the dashboard tab.
