Why haven’t I received my funds?

Generally, bank wire withdrawals should be with you within 24 hours. If you request withdrawal before midday (12pm Eastern Standard Time), funds should be with you on the afternoon of the day you withdrew between 2pm and 6pm (EST).

If you’re refunding funds to your card or ACH bank, it’ll take your issuer 3-5 working days to credit these back to your bank account.
