How do I verify my bank deposit or card?

If we ask you to verify the source of your funds, please provide us with a scan, screenshot or photo of your online bank statement, clearly showing:

  1. Your full name
  2. The bank account number
  3. An original payment to IG
  4. The bank's logo or emblem

Once your card has been verified, you won’t need to verify it again.

We suggest you send us the full bank statement, rather than sending multiple attachments of different pages.
