‘Short interest in oil close to record highs’ according to BlackRock*

While money is flowing into oil ETPs Wei Li, head of EMEA investment strategy at iShares, BlackRock, says hedge funds are positioning themselves on expectations that oil has yet to find a floor. Wei also talks about the economic consequences of a low oil price.
