The Hut Group (THG) shares soar as bids come in
Traders seem to be positioning themselves for a bidding war for British e-commerce company, THG. IGTV’s Jeremy Naylor says shares are up 25% after two bids were yesterday brushed aside by the company as undervaluing the business.
Now, it appears, property tycoon Nick Candy may be preparing to come into the frame with another offer.
It appears that, at some point, the board of THG may have to consider a serious offer.
