Disclosure of Regulated Activities
IGA is currently regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for its following licensed business activities:-
(a) Capital Markets Services (“CMS”) license under the Securities Futures Act (Singapore) providing CMS in :-
(i) Dealing in Securities; and
(ii) Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading; AND
(b) Exempt Financial Adviser license under the Financial Adviser Act providing financial advisory services related to :-
(i) Advising others by issuing or promulgating research analysis or research reports.
Currently, IGA offers Transaction trading services for its customers whereby Transaction means an option, contract-for the-difference (“CFD”), spot or forward contract of any kind in relation to any Instrument (including a security) or any combination of Instruments and means either or both Expiry Transactions or Undated Transactions as the context requires. Disclosure of Prohibition from Providing Investment Advice
Your Referrer nor his representatives are prohibited from providing any advice or recommendation on any investment products, other than to the extent of carrying out the Referral activities on behalf of IGA.
Disclosure of Referral Remuneration
Your Referrer will be receiving a Referral fee by IGA in the event that you do engage IGA’s Transaction trading services. You will be entitled to be disclosed of the actual remuneration payable to your Referrer by IGA if you so request it.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
We would like to confirm that:
(i) your Referrer is not a shareholder of IGA, and
(ii) your Referrer or Referer’s representative is not a director of IGA; and
(iii) your Referrer or Referrer’s representative has no relationship nor vested interest with IGA or any staff of IGA that may result in a potential conflict of interest under their Referral arrangement with IGA.
