This morning in London: The FTSE 100 is currently up one point at 6308.
FX and commodities: GBP/USD is up ten pips at $1.5226, EUR/USD is down five pips at $1.3059 and USD/JPY is up 11 pips at Y99.77. Olie - Brent Crude is up 12 cents at $103.25 and gold is trading at $1264, up $11.
Stocks: Ocado has announced a 15% rise in first-half revenue.
The day ahead: In Europe, UK construction PMI is due out at 9.30am, followed by eurozone PPI at 10am. Paul Tucker of the Bank of England is speaking at 10.30am.
In the US, factory orders and IBD economic optimism are due out at 3pm. William Dudley and Jerome Powell of the Federal Reserve are speaking at 5.30pm and 10.45pm respectively (all London times).
