A deposit is normally rejected for one of three reasons:
- The full name mentioned in the payment doesn’t match the one registered with us (both first name and family name should be corresponding), or
- Your account is not opened yet and the deposit has been made before all the required documents were provided, or
- The payment comes from a banned country
Please ensure that the information we have for you matches the one you’re using to fund. You can edit your details by logging in to My IG and going to the ‘settings’ tab, then selecting ‘personal details’.
