To withdraw your funds, please log in to My IG, go to the ‘live accounts’ tab, and select ‘withdraw funds’. You’re able to withdraw funds as a bank transfer (assuming all anti-money laundering regulations have been met), or back to a card as a refund.
Please be aware that withdrawal lead times vary:
Withdrawals back to a card typically take between two and five bank working days to clear
Withdrawals by bank transfer, if requested before 2:00pm (Dubai time) on a bank working day, should reach you on the same day – but can take up to three days to clear
Minimum withdrawals
The minimum amount you can withdraw to a card £100, unless you have less than £100 available on your account. In this situation, you can withdraw up to the amount available.
Maximum withdrawals
Card: up to £20,000 per day
Bank transfer: no limit
