If you’re experiencing problems with L2, please try the following:

  • First check our platform status page to ensure our apps are up and running

  • Close and reopen the platform

  • Make sure you have the latest updates installed on your computer

  • Check that you haven’t logged into L2 on an account it doesn’t support
