How are they priced?

-time to expiry

-client sentiment

-our expectation of future volatility

£20 minimum cost to place a trade
Can I close before expiry? Yes No
Is my risk limited? Yes Yes

How do binaries work?

A binary is generally based on a single question with a yes/no answer. For example:

Will the underlying market do X before the binary expires?

If you're right at the time of expiry, you win. If you're wrong, you lose.

To place a trade:

1. Select your market and position
2. Choose a timeframe
3. Decide your stake and maximum risk

What are the risks?

The fast-moving nature of binaries and sprints provides the possibility of short-term gains, alongside any potential losses. Although they are limited risk, you should be aware that there is still the potential to make substantial losses as well as gains.

Market "Bitcoin ($) to be above 375 at 8pm"
Price 15
Deal Buy $10 per point at 15
What happens next? The price of bitcoin steadily rises and is trading at 375.5 at 8pm. The condition of your binary has been met, the deal settles at 100.
Gross profit

Closing price (100) - opening price (15) = 85
Value per point = $10
85 x $10 = $850 gross profit

What if...

If the market had fallen below 375 at 8pm, your binary would close at 0.
